to get vids on, i presume you're able to get them to your computer? go to youtube.com and get yourself an account (it's free). then upload your video (it's free). you can then see your video in youtube - you can also extract some html code, which should be clear from the page itself. paste this into your blog and you're in business.

i've just done this myself actually. for example, http://www.youtube.com/user/mill1979 is some vids of my mates acting like drunken buffoons in a club in nottingham last night. (pics of us nearly getting in a fight with some ...just remembered, your mum reads this... *idiots* in macdonalds afterwards are not included, the stupid collar-up, spiky-hair zoo-readers that they were). ahem. anyway, the vids. yes. can't embed these things in comments but you've seen me embed them in my blog before - it works well.
