Having taken the plunge and made the permanent move from England to New Zealand, this website (not blog, hate that word) was born out of sheer bone idleness. Emailing people to tell them what I was up to over here sounded like far too much effort. There was about 2000 people at that gig, probably 1900 will do that particular google. Most will be hooked on my stylish writings, so I'd expect another 1800 regular commentors before too long.
