Having taken the plunge and made the permanent move from England to New Zealand, this website (not blog, hate that word) was born out of sheer bone idleness. Which South American country has a flag that's different on both sides? The only one in the world of its kind.
Paraguay, red and white on one side nad black on the other. I think
Bozzley takes it. In other news, he gets this question right. Well done. Although I'm not sure about the colour on the back - is "nad black" on the Dulux paint scheme chart?
