The Maori Queen, Dame Te Atairangikaahu, died today after a long illness.
Didn't know her personally but I'm sure she was a top bird.

Having taken the plunge and made the permanent move from England to New Zealand, this website (not blog, hate that word) was born out of sheer bone idleness. Maori population is about 18%. Most of them do wander too.
